History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. After a long history of fighting, Richard and his spouse have recently divorced.
