History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by drow. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Guard soon after.

He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he has a crush on the local stylist

Description: This malnourished woman wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times. She wears her black hair up in a very large beehive style do. She is baby faced.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. During her travels, Luthra and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Luthra discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Luthra fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He uses divination through singing.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has decided he is irredeemable
