History: He was born into a rich family. His childhood dream was to be a Spy, but he was a colossal failure. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Vepar and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
