Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his longbow, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His head has been shaved. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His childhood dream was to be a Hunter, but he was a colossal failure. He became a Dyer soon after.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Frouse will drive conversation. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and revenge
