History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Akmen was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Akmen was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Jeweler.
