He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Five lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.

Motivation: Expand her business; and regain custody of her son

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Engraver kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scimitar.
