History: Valorean hails from a village terrorized by giants. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many giants want him driven away

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Bucklal was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: Born in the east to a Sailor, Quilla learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She's also a talented Barrister, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
