History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fulbar grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her crest is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 12. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is greedy.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Shepherd business.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

Description: He stands about 5'5" and wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His silver hair is heavily combed to the left. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Synthrin was taken on many hunting expeditions. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.
