His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. Personality: She is a Ruler first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She takes great joy in being the best Ruler in town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Skirt studied abroad. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.
