Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gurdis was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Bellfounder, but he got bored and became a Healer. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mortician. He has worked as a Mortician like his mother before him.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to be a spice merchant again
