History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gifted student she started as a Layabout, but she got bored and became a Tanner. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To be a Layabout again; and balancing her hectic life and new tanner responsibilities is difficult

History: Ishte was born with her father's beautiful face. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Conrad was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He struck the Performer job and began his own company from there.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture
