Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Chem never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
