History: Born in the east to a Fisher, Gerard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Gerard was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Sapply abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Vani is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
