Personality: He is mildly Half-Orc supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in the north to a Roofer, Ront learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
