History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Shanairla is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born into a rich family. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
