History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ralf embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Painter kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Expand her business; and sabotage a competitor

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
