Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Painter born in the past three hundred years. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Vonana was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He dresses well, wearing red shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His silver hair is braided into rings. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he very much looks the part of a Courier. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has amber eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his painting with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His childhood dream was to be a Glassblower, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Courier.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: This woman stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. She has slicked back chestnut hair. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and retire the richest woman in the east

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Tiaathque is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is a great chef.

History: Born in the south to a Brewer, Tiaathque learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has worked as a Brewer like her father before her.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
