Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing white cape and mantle trimmed with soft brown waves gently in the breeze. His auburn hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Karash was born the youngest of three triplets. Karash was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Karash decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His hair is blonde and curly. He has gray eyes and a blue hat with a tan feather.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born into a rich family. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is lean but muscular and is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His chestnut hair and beard is wavy and long. He has violet eyes.
Personality: Morkral speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Through the years after Morkral was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Morkral's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: She is in excellent shape and wears dull blue sweaters, loose grey pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed scimitar, just in case. Her red hair is matted, messy, and big. Her blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Malquis has worked very hard to control her curse. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Malquis was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: A deep hatred of drow; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
