History: Born in the east to a Fletcher, Ea learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has worked as a Fletcher like her father before her.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. Irann is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears an entirely blue suit with white socks and a vest with buckled shoes. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Tomi isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tomi fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
