Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Beatrice embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. Flattery will make her almost putty in your hands.

History: Beatrice hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, dire rats burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying east to reunite her family. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Ahinar is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
