She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Juliana was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Juliana liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week.
