History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
