History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Scribe who has hired him part-time. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Bernard hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Ubada hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Her first spouse was a Guard, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Ubada was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win.
