History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Smoking grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Aerdeth was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is greedy

History: Thava was born with her father's beautiful face. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Thava never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved.

His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quarion grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quarion. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Audhild speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the east were limited. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
