History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. Sybil enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the south to a Knight, Sybil learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Knight work with an outfit from a few towns over. Knight work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Whurbin hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and revenge

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Scribe born in the past three hundred years. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Caeldrim was born the youngest of three triplets. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and regain custody of his son
