History: Rurik was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Rurik was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Rurik's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone.
