History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Direcris took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

She wears a colorful flower in her brown fur. Her skin is flawless and her amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Right-Handed embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. Right-Handed is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers

History: Born in the east to a Layabout, Portia learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She's also a talented Unemployed, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
