Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She got into the Tailor business at a young age. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed.
