She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She became a Cook soon after.

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'3" when asserting herself. Her silver hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her fierce white eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Makaria liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Juliana is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
