History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Ranala was born on a far western mountains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Glassblower. She struck the Glassblower job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and balancing her hectic life and new glassblower responsibilities is difficult

History: Delre lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She worked as a nervous Bricklayer and found it very stressful. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
