History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Birel grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Birel. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Personality: Meriele speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fisher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Barrister. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was born into a rich family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
