History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Butcher. She's also a talented Sage, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: Sammal was born the youngest of three triplets. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
