History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a Carpenter soon after.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment and is in decent physical shape. Her fur is lavender and very short. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Kite is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Kite was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kite decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Liftrasa lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

History: She was born in a small plains village. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. After a long history of fighting, Jo and her spouse have recently divorced.
