History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When Lorilla reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Suhnae grew up listening to his father's many stories. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Whurbin was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.
