He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Tod was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hupe is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. After a long history of fighting, Hupe and his spouse have recently divorced.

Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Nykkan was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.
