History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.

History: Born to a Laborer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Raer never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
