Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He tends to wear a white poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His chestnut hair is thinning but still full. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. A true patriot, Az-Rans would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Half-Orc, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: She was born into a rich family. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She has achieved small success as a Scribe.

Description: He stands about 5'3" and is dressed in an above average manner. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He wears his silver hair up. His eyes are likewise red.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. A true patriot, Zepar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When Zepar reached his early adolescence his Tiefling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. This gray eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was raised in a plains tribe. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dalgal fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
