History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Salanop was born the youngest of three triplets. She found a children's book about a Gnome Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jocelyn fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
