He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: Urshar was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
