History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His first spouse was a Interpreter, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable.
