History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. After a long history of fighting, Damakos and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and wants to work out more often

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family River was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. River decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Beggar for hire.
