When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

History: Thorpe lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
