History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Marbas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents enrolled him in a Cleric school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.

She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Nuthra and her spouse have recently divorced.
