History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Detective, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Mardnab's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. The war was a terrible time for her, and Mardnab does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bowyer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Trail was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: She considers herself a woman of culture and sophistication. She likes a good challenge to her wits. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: The child of a Gardener, who enjoyed hunting, Sutha was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
