Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems, but does not cut a very imposing figure. Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Varis took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: She got into the Detective business at a young age. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and to unite with her brother

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her black hair is lengthy. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Philomena fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: Born to a Bellfounder, his mother struggled to pay the bills. A freak accident while working with his Bellfounder mother left him crippled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
