His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
