Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He keeps his silver hair in a flapper bob. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Kipper is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Beggar arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Gnomes in Kipper's homeland. Kipper decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
