Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'7" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a brown collared shirt and white skirt. She accessorizes with a green scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. She wears a feathered hat to cover her moderate length golden hair. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is harsh and unforgiving.
History: The child of a Masseuse, who enjoyed hunting, Geva was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Geva and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.
History: Two Llamas was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Bard, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Bard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Sellsword. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.
Motivation: Wants a kiss; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This western man is abnormally tall. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Hobart was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hobart decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

Description: An older woman who wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with wide-brimmed hat, she is not a threatening figure. Her brown hair is greasy and uncared for. Her silver eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: Criella was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She got money to start a business from the gang present in town. She is greatly indebted to them.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and regain custody of her son
