History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His childhood dream was to be a Laborer, but he was a colossal failure. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She struck the Spy job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Leucis took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sai and armor he uses now. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
