History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ar-Beka fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Cairn wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Spice Merchant. She tends to her Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
